- Products that are damaged due to improper handling
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In resalable condition
We reserve the right to refuse refunds if these conditions are not met.
7. Refunds
If a return is accepted, refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
